Kayla Itsines BBG Mid Program Review
I've officially made it through Week 6 of the Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide. The final workout of week 6 was THE toughest workout yet. I can totally see how all of those #kaylasarmy girls on Instagram have such great abs! I'm still waiting?
Kayla Itsines Bikini Body Guide Review Update
I have thoroughly enjoyed this program so far, so much so that I am going to go through it again when I am done with the next 6 weeks. The idea of the program is to improve finishing the exercises as many time as safely possible in 7 minutes, I have to do better lol.

At this point in the program I am feeling stronger. I have lost 2 pounds since I started and my butt ya'll... my BUTT! It is firmer and sits a little higher that's for sure ;) My legs are firmer also. I accredit that to all of the step ups.
I feel like this program is a great confidence booster because the more you do it, the stronger you get. I can feel myself pushing a little harder each time. Plus I have my very own personal trainer (my daughter Zoe) telling me "don't quit mom!"
Now with any program I don't believe you will see the best results if your diet isn't tight. Diet is at least 80% of the program. Kayla does offer a nutrition plan with this program but I opted not to purchase it. I think if I hadn't started this program during the holidays, when my diet was umm POOR! I probably would have seen more of a weight loss and maybe at least a 4-pack!
But in all seriousness, I have cleaned up my diet and am sticking to a Paleo diet for the next half of the program, so I'll be excited to report my end results to you all.
My honest opinion so far is, if you have been on the fence about trying this program I recommend it. I think it is worth the investment.
