Top Ways Real Women Move
Happy Humpday friends! Today I have an exciting post for you. As some of you may know, this year I was blessed to be selected as a Skirt Sports Ambassador Captain for 2016. Back in 2014 I had the opportunity to work with Skirt Sports on a campaign and I immediately fell in love with their clothes, community and mission. I am so excited to be a part of a group of such strong supportive women. If you have never heard of Skirt Sports, know that they are not your average athletic wear company. Skirt Sports was founded by professional triathlete Nicole DeBoom. Skirt Sports make clothing with Real Women in mind!
From their popular running skirts to their new line of dresses, they make quality clothes that the Real Woman can wear and feel stylish and comfortable in while working out or just lounging. Skirt Sports makes clothes from sizes XS to XXL (sizes zero to 22), they truly keep all women in mind.
Nicole DeBoom coined to the hashtag #REALwomenmove to prove that women can be confident and active regardless of size, shape, age or activity level.
"Today, Skirt Sports is the only women’s activewear brand that truly celebrates today’s real woman"
Besides being a real woman, I am also a real busy woman! I am a wife, mother, full-time worker, blogger and small business owner. Even with all of these responsibilities I still find it very important to fit in my workouts and keep my body moving. Exercise and staying fit is something that has always been very important to me and I don't plan give it up.
I know that there are many Real Women just like me who have families, jobs and responsibilities but also find it very important to stay active and move. I decided to reach out to some of my fellow Skirt Sports Ambassadors Captains and ask them, "How do you move?" The responses were amazing. I am so impressed.
Today I'm excited to share with you some Top Ways these Real Women Move.
