Try Hydro-Inertia™ Workouts in 2017!

This post is in collaboration with and sponsored by Hedstrom Fitness, all views and opinions are my own #HydroStrong #buildyourbestbody #sweatpink #Surge

I am always looking for new ways to challenge myself physically with my workouts. Recently I've added Hydro-Inertia™ Training to my routine using the Surge® by Hedstrom Fitness

Hydro-Inertia™ is:

The utilization of water to create an unstable resistance that increases core strength and stability during exercise.

The shifting water in the Surge® makes the Hydro-Inertia™ workouts a little more difficult than using regular weights. It also requires you to really focus on stabilizing the weight.

This type of training mimics real life training, think picking up a fussy kid or carrying groceries from the car. Tasks like these require you to use your entire body to maintain stability so you don't drop your kid or crack your eggs! Hydro-Inertia™ Training is sort-of like that, without the pressure ;).

The Surge® is great for Hydro-Inertia™ Training. It is made from a sturdy hard plastic and is easy to grip. You can perform numerous exercises with the Surge making it a multifunctional training tool. It also comes in two different sizes

So friends, if you are looking for a new workout trend to try in 2017, I'd suggest you try out Hydro-Inertia Training with the Surge. I'm finding it to be a quite challenging yet fun addition to my workout regimen.

What new workouts are you trying out in 2017?
