Celebrate Soup Month with Boulder Organic!

This post is in collaboration with and sponsored by Boulder Organic!, all opinions are my own.

It's 12 degrees today where I am in Colorado #Brrr! Yes, It's officially winter and what does that mean for me? SOUP! I love a bowl of warm soup on a cold day. I eat soup during the winter like I drink smoothies during the summer ... All-the-time. Lucky for me January is National Soup Month!

In honor of National Soup Month, I've been enjoying some delicious soups from Boulder Organic!

These soups are perfect because I can take them to work with me and warm them up for lunch. I   love that I can also make a meal out of them by adding a sandwich or salad.

Some evenings I am not in the mood for a heavy dinner and these soups are perfect, they are light yet filling and tasty. I love that there is really no prep, just heat and serve.

Boulder Organic soups don't only taste good, they are wholesome and good for you. Here are a few highlights about Boulder Organic soups:

So far the Roasted Tomato Basil flavor is my favorite. If you like tomato soup, or even if you don't I think you will like this one! It is so good with a buttery gluten-free grilled cheese sandwich.
