It's been a little while since I did a Five Things Friday and I've been loving a lot of stuff so I thought I'd do it today.

#1. Bone Broth.

Ever since I have been working to heal my digestive system Bone Broth has been my bae. I drink a cup just about everyday until I run out. Bone Broth has a ton of benefits and helps with several ailments. Check out this article on Dr. Axe which gives you a rundown on the benefits of this liquid gold! I have personally been loving the Savory Chicken flavor from Epic.

#2. Lavender.

I have really been into the scent of lavender lately. I guess I have always loved it but lately I have found myself wanting to buy everything with lavender in it. I recently purchased a room spray, candle and some fresh lavender on it's own. There is something about the scent that makes me feel calm and relaxed. Do you like lavender scented things?

#3. Lifting.

For my workouts as of late I have just been wanting to lift heavy stuff. There is something about lifting weights that makes me feel empowered and strong. I just started a new lifting program the Lee Labrada's 12-Week Lean Body Trainer. This is a really great program and it's free on I will have to go to the gym for some of my workouts but I'm ok with that, I actually kinda miss working at the gym.

#4. YouTube.

This year I am really focusing on making content for you guys over on my YouTube channel. I would like to reach a larger audience and I know some people don't care for reading blogs. I have all the tools I need to make videos so I figured I would start getting consistent with it.

I post new videos every week now with workouts on Wednesdays. So far I am really enjoying it, please go subscribe if you would like, it would make my day! Subscribe here

#5. Banana Bread.

One day I had some very ripe bananas sitting on the counter and I had the bright idea to make some banana bread. I am not a baker but the kids baking championships I'd been watching with Zoe had me inspired. Thankfully I also had everything else I needed to make a gluten free loaf of banana bread.

I have made two loafs with two different recipes and they both came out really good. I used the Bob's Red Mill's 1 to 1 gluten free baking flour and it is really good! Not grainy like some gluten free flours. I didn't realize how easy it was to make I will continue to make it for sure.

I hope you have a fabulous Friday and great weekend
