Tips for Staying Motivated to Workout (Video)
When we have a new fitness or healthy lifestyle goal we usually start off pretty motivated. But to be honest, sometimes life can get in the way and our motivation begins to deteriorate after a little while. This can make us feel bad and lose confidence in ourselves and our ability to get fit.
