The Lucid Fitness Training Plan is all about making exercise and fitness simple and easy to understand. I don’t believe that fitness programs should be complicated or overly time consuming. 

This is a minimalist fitness plan with no frills or gimmicks just work and results. 

I wanted to create an exercise plan that was basic yet effective. I designed the Lucid Fitness Training Plan to be easy to navigate with simple to understand and exercises and circuits. Many of the exercises in this programs can be performed with little to no equipment. 

The Lucid Fitness Training Plan is designed to train different sections of the body on designated days of the week to make the most of your time.  

An example of your weekly workouts may look like this:

Monday: Lower Body Day

Tuesday: Upper Body Day 

Wednesday: Cardio (Includes: HIIT, running, cycling, stair-mill, elliptical) 

Thursday: Lower Body Day

Friday: Upper BodyDay

Saturday: Steady State Cardio

Sunday: Rest
